Group workshops are amazing for 2 main reasons:
1) You get the answers to your parenting struggles, and
2) You get to find other parents with the same struggles.
Knowing that 'I'm not the only one' struggling with a particular topic was a relief for me. In my 3 month Parenting Club, we have time in each session for group coaching around a specific topic that one parent brings, we all brainstorm, and we ALL go home with solutions to test out in our homes.
