You schedule your 20 minute discovery call - we get an opportunity to know a little bit about each other and you will explain your needs. One thing for us to work out together is what exactly you're looking for.
Choose a package
We'll choose from one of my packages - Quick Fix (€195 for 3 sessions), Day of Voxer (€200 voicemail day) and Deep Dive (€390 for 6 sessions). Then we'll fix the date for our first session.
Bring your topic
You come with your topics, we'll laugh, cry, share, and bring about that transformation you are looking for.
Crying is optional ;-)
Quick Fix Parenting package
3 sessions (45 minutes each), to deal with your one specific issue. Typical issues I can support you with are

Parenting Deep Dive
A 3 month package (with 6 sessions), to put in place a new parenting style and anchor concrete tools in sound theory and research. Each week, you bring the topic you want to delve into. Here's the typical structure, which of course is tailored to your needs

Week 1: What are my biggest parenting challenges? What are my parenting values? Who do I want my child to become?

Week 2: What is my child's temperament? What is my parenting style?

Week 3: Challenge 1 - For example - stop yelling and reduce the tantrums (or handling sibling rivalry!)

Week 4: Challenge 2 - For example - Becoming a confident, calm parent/increasing my child's confidence

Week 5: Challenge 3 - For example - Getting my child to listen, developing self motivation

Week 6 - Putting it all in place - how family meetings can support my long-term parenting goals.

Day of Voxer

If you're a busy mum with a hectic schedule, this could be JUST the thing for you. We exchange voicemails over the period of a day. Book your intro call and I'll tell you more. It helps get your problems solved - FAST!
